RESERVAS INDIVIDUALES (INGLÉS)








                  •            Reservations made with a flexible policy can be modified or cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date and 7 days




                               prior for High Season (Holy Week, Flower Festival and New Years).



                  •            If you cancel outside of this window, you don't show up or leave before your check out date, the total amount





                               of the reservation will be charged and no refunds will be given.



                  •            There  will  be  a  10%  administrative  fee  on  approved  refunds.  If  your  payment  has  been  issued  an  invoice,  an




                               additional 22% of taxes cannot be refunded.



                  •            Reservations made with a Non Refundable rate CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED and don't have refunds.




                  •            It  is  the  client's  responsibility  to  inform  the  hotel  on  writing  about  any  changes  on  their  reservation  with  a




                               minimum of 3 days before arrival. Your request won't be valid until you have received a written confirmation




                               from the hotel.



                  •            Changes on reservations won't be accepted at check-in.




                  •            Once you have entered your room there won't be any refunds, no matter how many hours the room is used.



                  •            The hotel is not responsible for flight changes or cancellations, the reservation will keep the original dates if





                               we are not informed 3 days in advance.



                  •            The  hotel  will  honor  the  original  reservation  with  the  number  of  people  confirmed,  if  someone  in  your




                               reservation doesn't show up, the hotel won't make any type or refund or compensation.



                  •            IF  YOUR  RESERVATION  WAS  MADE  THROUGH  AN  EXTERNAL  WEBSITE,  YOUR  MODIFICATION  OR





                               CANCELLATION  MUST  BE  MADE  THE  SAME  WAY.  THE  HOTEL  IS  NOT  RESPONSIBLE  FOR  OTHER  WEBSITE'S



                               RESPONSE TIME .



                  •            These policies are subject to changes for High Season and group reservations.
